These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Global Priority LLC's ("GPvLab Division," "we," "our," or "us") GPU repair and upgrade services.
Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, submitting a repair request, or sending us your hardware, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
Our Services
We provide specialized GPU repair and upgrade services, including, but not limited to:
- RTX 4090 24GB to 48GB VRAM upgrades,
- General graphics card repair and refurbishment,
- Hardware diagnostic and testing services,
- Quality assurance and burn-in testing,
- Technical consultation and support.
All services are subject to technical feasibility and hardware condition. We reserve the right to decline services that we determine to be unsafe, impractical, or outside our expertise.
Payment & Pricing
- Service pricing is provided upon request and may vary based on hardware condition.
- Payment is typically required before service commencement.
- Additional charges may apply for unexpected complications or parts replacement.
- We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and approved business accounts.
- Enterprise customers may qualify for net payment terms.
- All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
Refunds are provided in accordance with our warranty policy. Service fees for completed work are non-refundable except in cases of service failure covered by warranty.
Warranty
Standard Warranty
- 90-day warranty on all 48GB RTX 4090 upgrades covering parts and labor.
- Warranty covers defects in our workmanship and upgrade-related failures.
- Extended warranty options available for enterprise/education customers.
- Warranty is void if hardware is damaged after return or modified by third parties.
Warranty Exclusions
- Physical damage from mishandling, accidents, or environmental factors,
- Issues related to software, drivers, or system compatibility,
- Normal wear and tear or degradation over time,
- Damage from overclocking beyond manufacturer specifications.
Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period with proof of service. We will repair or replace defective components at our discretion.
Limitations of Liability
IMPORTANT: Please read this section carefully as it limits our liability.
Service Limitations
- Our total liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
- We are not responsible for data loss, business interruption, or consequential damages.
- Hardware modifications carry inherent risks that cannot be eliminated entirely.
- Some services may void manufacturer warranties.
Risk Acknowledgment
By using our services, you acknowledge that:
- Hardware modification carries inherent risks including potential failure.
- Modified hardware may not be covered by original manufacturer warranties.
- Performance improvements are not guaranteed in all use cases.
- You accept responsibility for backup and data protection.
Intellectual Property
Our service processes, methodologies, and documentation are proprietary to Global Priority LLC. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer or attempt to replicate our service processes,
- Share confidential technical information about our methods,
- Use our trade secrets for competitive purposes,
- Reproduce or distribute our proprietary documentation.
Service Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service in the following situations:
- Violation of these Terms of Service,
- Providing false or misleading information about hardware,
- Abusive or threatening behavior toward our staff,
- Hardware determined to be unsafe or impractical to service,
- Suspected fraudulent activity or stolen hardware,
In case of service termination, we will return your hardware in its received condition, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation as the first step,
- Binding arbitration if negotiation fails,
- Michigan state courts for matters not subject to arbitration.
You agree to waive any right to jury trial and class action proceedings.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through our website and email notifications. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
