How Does the Ordering Process Work?

  • Contact Us: Email or call with your requirements. Here you can ask us to upgrade your 4090(s). (while our website shop is being built) You can also ask us how many pre-made 48GB 4090's we have in stock. We'll provide a detailed quote and answer any questions. We typically reach back out within 24-48 hours to email inquiries.
  • Shipping to us (If you are sending in your 4090 for upgrade): Once you approve the quote, we will send you an address and a ticket number to include in the box. You cover shipping liability when shipping your 4090 to us, so insure and request signature on delivery for max coverage. We recommend pirateship.com for cheap labels.
  • Professional rework: This process takes the longest. We receive your card, and confirm it with you over email. Then we get to work, testing the donor card and preparing it for rework. Once upgraded - we test it again to ensure there are no process or manufaturing related variant defects.
  • Quality Assurance: Once testing is concluded we will send you an email to inform you, and send a PayPal invoice for the upgrade. Once paid, we will send the card(s) to the shipping address you provide. Your warranty starts the date the card is shown as delivered.

Important Notes:

  • Warranty: All upgrades include 90-day warranty with optional extensions available
  • Turnaround: Express services available for priority requests on a case by case basis
  • Shipping: You cover shipping liability when shipping to us. We cover liability on the return to you.
  • Communication: Regular updates throughout the process via email
