Reprocessing and Transplant

Using industry standard BGA rework equipment, cores and memory are taken off, and carefully prepared for re-installation on 48gb capable 4090 PCB's. Care is taken to ensure thermal shock and cycling is kept to a minimum during this critical process to ensure longevity.

Is the 48GB upgrade stable for production use? +

Yes. An industrial double bearing delta fan ensures cool uninterrupted operation. PCB Design follows nvidia spec for signal integrity. Rework process is thermally concious to minimize thermal shock and cycles to sensitive components. Every upgraded GPU undergoes 48 hours of continuous stress testing with real AI/ML workloads with a signed QA certificate shipped with the card. Extended warranty is available to large-volume/enterprise/educational customer orders.

What's the typical turnaround time? +

Total turnaround is typically 10-15 business days from receiving of cards / order to shipped back to you. Express services are available for priority requests.

Do you offer bulk/enterprise pricing with priority support? +

Yes. We offer volume discounts for orders of 5+ GPUs and have dedicated account management for business/organization clients. Contact us for a custom quote.

What warranty do you provide? +

All 48GB 4090 upgrades include a comprehensive 90-day warranty covering both parts and labor. Extended warranty options are avaliable.

Any rare DOA cases will be handled quickly and at our expense for extra shipping/repair cost.

Is a 48gb 3090 possible, or a 64gb 5090? +

Only 20gb 3080's, 22gb 2080ti's, and 48gb 4090's are avaliable (as of sept 2025). 4090's with greater than 48GB (eg. 96 GB) are a hoax, 5090's have not and may not get similar upgradability. While I believe a 3090Ti with 48gb of vram is technically feasable, this appears to be cost innefective as regular 3090's are not capable of supporting 2GB ram modules. So any attempt to create a 48gb 3090 ti's would be cost prohibitive at this time.
